How do I earn Rewards dollars?
It's easy - every time you place an order with your credit card - including Visa Checkout, Rewards dollars will be credited to your membership account. For every dollar spent, you earn 3% cash back for use on future purchases. Please note, at this time, Rewards dollars cannot be earned on orders purchased with PayPal/PayPal Credit.

Is there a limit to the amount of Rewards dollars I can earn?
There's no limit to the amount of Rewards dollars you can earn, but there are limitations on ways in which you can earn them. Please see below:

- Review must be on a product you've purchased and received
- Limit of 1 review per product
- Maximum of 5 reviews per month
Do Rewards dollars expire?
Yes, Rewards dollars do expire, but you have a full 180 days to use them. We'll send you reminder emails to let you know when your Rewards dollars are set to expire.
How can I view My Hayneedle Rewards balance?
To view your balance, simply log in to your account and go to the My Rewards page.
When are my Rewards dollars available to me?
Earned Rewards dollars from purchases become available as soon as your items ship. Rewards dollars for reviews are available within 3-5 days.
What if I return or cancel my purchase?
If a purchase is cancelled or returned, you will not receive Rewards dollars for that purchase. If you have already redeemed those Rewards dollars, your refund will reflect the redemption amount.
Can I receive Rewards dollars for past purchases?
No, past purchases are not eligible for earning Rewards dollars.
Can I cancel My Rewards membership?
Yes, you may cancel your membership by clicking Opt Out in your account.
How do I reactivate My Rewards account if I've canceled my membership?
You can easily reactivate your My Rewards account at any time by clicking "Join For Free" on this page or any page throughout sendapackage.com.
